If you want to return / exchange the goods, please within 7 days of receipt,send the not used goods together with the complete packing and original invoice for exchange.

How the delivery fee of return/exchange will be charged?

We'll affored delivery fee if the produsts have quality issue, otherwise delivery fee shall be paid by customers.


Refund description

(1) refund if you receive the goods:

Please apply in accordance with the normal return process, and fill in the correct number of returns and reasonable reasons for exchange, we will process in 1-5 working days after the application;

(2) refund if the order is still in processing:

please contact our customer service for further informations.


In what circumstance products can not be returned ?

1. over seven days of delivery. 

2. goods have been used or returned goods are incomplete (attached tags, accessories, unwashed, unworn, internal and external packaging)

3. beauty products used

4. personal underwears can not be returned because of hygienic issue.


Can I exchange it at the retail store?

Sorry that the goods purchased on the website can not be returned/exchanged at the retail store.
